New Zealand Orders
Free shipping on every order, no minimum spend. All domestic NZ orders ship free, regardless of order size. We know free shipping matters and we have made it standard across the board.
International Orders
Flat rate $4 NZD shipping worldwide. We ship internationally at a flat rate of just $4 NZD per order, no matter how many items you order or where you are in the world.
Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 7-15 business days
- Australia: 10-18 business days
- Rest of World: 12-25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. During peak periods such as Christmas and holidays, please allow additional time.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order from our supplier to your door.
